HC77 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use the HC77 platform, you must meet all of the following conditions without exception. HC77 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and to close accounts where eligibility requirements are not met.

1.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. HC77 is an adults-only platform. HC77 actively enforces age restrictions and will request date of birth verification or supporting documentation if there is any reasonable suspicion that a registered user may be underage. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately closed, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned only at HC77's discretion.

1.2 Residency

HC77 is designed and operated for players based in Pakistan. By registering, you confirm that you are currently located within Pakistan and that your use of the HC77 platform does not contravene any laws or regulations applicable to you at the time of use. HC77 does not accept registrations from individuals located in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of HC77 is lawful under the rules applicable to you.

1.3 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active account on HC77. Registering more than one account — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, HC77 will close all but the oldest qualifying account, and any winnings generated through duplicate accounts will be voided. Stakes associated with ineligible accounts will be refunded only at HC77's discretion.

1.4 Accurate Registration Information

All information provided during HC77 registration must be truthful, current and accurate. This includes your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment account details. Providing false information at registration constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

2Definitions

The following terms are used throughout these HC77 Terms and Conditions with the meanings defined below.

"HC77" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us"

Refers to the HC77 online betting and gaming platform, accessible at hc77.click, and the entity operating it.

"Player" / "you" / "your"

Refers to any individual who has registered an account on HC77 or who uses the HC77 platform in any capacity.

"Account Balance"

The total PKR amount held within your HC77 account at any given time, comprising deposited funds and any credited winnings or bonus amounts.

"Real Money Balance"

The portion of your account balance consisting of deposited funds and settled winnings that are available for withdrawal. Bonus funds are not part of the real money balance until wagering requirements are fully met.

"Bonus Funds"

Promotional credits added to your HC77 account by the platform as part of a welcome offer, deposit match, or other promotion. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are satisfied.

"Wagering Requirement"

The number of times a bonus amount must be staked in qualifying bets or games before it becomes eligible for withdrawal. For example, a wagering requirement of 10x on a Rs 1,000 bonus means Rs 10,000 must be wagered in qualifying markets before withdrawal of that bonus is permitted.

"Settlement"

The process by which HC77 confirms the outcome of a bet, game, or tournament and adjusts account balances accordingly — either crediting winnings or confirming a loss.

"PKR"

Pakistani Rupees. All deposits, withdrawals, balances and bet stakes on HC77 are denominated in PKR unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3Account Security

Your HC77 account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — your mobile number, password or PIN — and for all activity that takes place under your account.

• Do not share your HC77 login details with any other person, including family members or friends.
• Do not allow any other person to use your HC77 account, even temporarily.
• Use a unique password for your HC77 account that you do not use for any other platform or service.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact HC77 support immediately at support@hc77.click.
• HC77 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• HC77 may lock your account and require identity verification if unusual activity is detected, in order to protect your balance.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

HC77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following payment methods, all denominated in PKR:

4.2 Deposit Rules

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will result in the deposit being returned and the account reviewed.
• HC77 does not charge any deposit fees. Any fees charged by your payment provider are your responsibility.
• HC77 reserves the right to request proof of payment source if a deposit triggers fraud detection protocols.
• Deposits credited in error must be reported to HC77 support and will be reversed without notice if not reported voluntarily.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your HC77 account.
• HC77 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard withdrawal requests.
• HC77 processes withdrawal requests 24/7. Standard mobile wallet withdrawals are typically completed within five minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two hours depending on the receiving institution.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are only permitted once the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• HC77 may request identity verification documentation before processing large withdrawals or in cases where unusual activity has been detected on an account. Failure to provide requested documentation within seven days may result in the withdrawal being held.
• HC77 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these terms, pending investigation.

5Betting Rules

5.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on HC77 are final once confirmed on the bet slip. The minimum stake for sports betting markets is Rs 50. The maximum stake per selection varies by market and league — major EPL and PSL match winner markets typically accept up to Rs 2,00,000 per selection. HC77 reserves the right to adjust maximum stake limits on any market at any time.

5.2 Bet Acceptance

HC77 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet without providing a reason. In-play bets are subject to acceptance at the point of submission and may be declined if odds have moved between submission and confirmation. Where a bet is declined, no funds are deducted from your account.

5.3 Void Bets

• A bet is voided if the relevant event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned before the outcome is determined, unless HC77 specifies otherwise in the market rules for that event.
• Voided single bets result in a full stake return. Voided legs of an accumulator are removed and the remaining legs settle normally at adjusted odds.
• HC77 may void any bet placed at an obviously erroneous odds price arising from a technical fault or data error. Affected stakes will be returned in full.

5.4 Disputed Outcomes

All HC77 bet outcomes are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body — ICC for cricket, FIFA / UEFA for football, or the relevant league operator for domestic competitions. HC77 is not bound by broadcast scores or unofficial reports. If an official result is revised by the governing body after HC77 has already settled the market, HC77 will re-settle the market in line with the revised official result.

5.5 PSL Betting Specific Rules

PSL markets on HC77 follow ICC and PCB official results. If a PSL match is interrupted by rain or weather and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method is applied, the result under DLS is the official result for settlement purposes. In the event of a Super Over, the match winner market is settled on the Super Over result. HC77 publishes specific market rules for PSL tournaments in the betting lobby for each season.

6Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

• One welcome bonus per player, per household, and per payment account. Duplicate accounts used to claim multiple bonuses will be closed and all bonus amounts forfeited.
• HC77 sets a minimum qualifying deposit for each bonus offer. Deposits below the minimum qualifying threshold are not eligible for the associated bonus.
• Bonus funds are credited within five minutes of the qualifying deposit being confirmed by HC77's payment system.
• Wagering requirements must be met within thirty calendar days of the bonus being credited. Bonus funds and associated pending winnings expire at the end of this period if requirements remain unmet.
• For the purpose of wagering requirements, only bets placed at minimum odds of 1.50 on sports markets qualify. Bets placed at lower odds, or system bets on selections below 1.50, do not count toward wagering requirements.
• HC77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is modified or cancelled, players who have already accepted the offer retain the terms applicable at the time of their acceptance.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

HC77 reserves the right to void bonus funds and cancel withdrawal requests where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a bonus has been claimed or wagered in a manner designed to exploit the promotion rather than as a genuine player activity. This includes, but is not limited to: coordinated betting with other accounts to guarantee a wagering outcome, placing mathematically low-risk bets solely to clear wagering requirements, or using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion.

7Card Games and Ludo

HC77's card game section (Teen Patti, rummy variants, and other card-based games) and Ludo operate under the following specific rules in addition to the general platform terms.

7.1 Random Number Generation

All card dealing, shuffling, and outcome determination in HC77's card games and Ludo use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). The RNG is independently audited to confirm that all outcomes are statistically random and cannot be influenced by any party. Individual hand and game session history is recorded against each account and available for review in your account settings.

7.2 Disconnection During Play

If your internet connection fails during an active game, HC77's disconnect protection system holds your position for up to 60 seconds. If you reconnect within this window, play continues normally. If the disconnection exceeds 60 seconds, HC77 folds or forfeits your position to protect the other players' experience. No additional refund is provided beyond the automatic fold. It is your responsibility to maintain a stable internet connection when playing on HC77.

7.3 Collusion and Fair Play

Any attempt to collude with other players in card games or Ludo on HC77 — for example, sharing hand information, coordinating betting to manipulate the pot, or using software tools to gain an unfair advantage — is strictly prohibited. HC77 monitors game sessions for collusion patterns. Accounts found to have engaged in collusion will be suspended, winnings voided, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on HC77. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any software tool not specifically authorised by HC77 to interact with the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit any technical vulnerability in HC77's platform, payment systems or game software.
• Using the HC77 platform in connection with any money laundering activity or processing of funds derived from illegal activity.
• Registering under a false identity or using payment accounts that do not belong to you.
• Colluding with other players in any card game, sports betting market, or promotional competition on HC77.
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith against legitimate HC77 transactions.
• Exploiting technical errors, pricing glitches or system faults to generate winnings that would not otherwise be available. Such winnings are void and will be removed from your account.
• Registering multiple accounts or assisting another person to register an account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or benefits.
• Allowing a third party to use or control your account, or using an account on behalf of a third party.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the HC77 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game designs, interface graphics, text, odds display formats, and structural layout — is the intellectual property of HC77 or its licensed suppliers. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or commercially exploit any HC77 content without prior written authorisation from HC77. Nothing in these terms grants you any intellectual property rights in HC77 content beyond the limited right to use the platform for its intended personal gaming purpose.

11Limitation of Liability

HC77 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While HC77 takes reasonable steps to maintain uptime and system reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. HC77 accepts no liability for losses arising from:

• Technical failures, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues outside HC77's direct control.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Decisions made by the relevant sports governing bodies that affect match results or market settlement.
• Any indirect, consequential or financial losses beyond the amount of your account balance at the time of the relevant event.

Nothing in these terms limits HC77's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12Privacy and Data

HC77 collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering with HC77, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. HC77 does not sell personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. Data is processed to operate your account, process payments, detect fraud, comply with legal obligations, and improve the platform.

13Amendments to These Terms

HC77 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes — particularly those affecting player rights, bonus terms, withdrawal conditions, or prohibited conduct — will be communicated to registered players via the platform notification system or by email at least seven days before the changes take effect. Continued use of HC77 after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you should close your account before the effective date and withdraw any remaining balance.
